Where can I get a treasure map authenticated?

Come on people ...I stayed up past my bedtime and did some research. Seems like there was a logging company owner in New Mexico in that time period And he was an art collector too. He didn't have any heirs and when he passed away a stack of paintings were found under his bed. As he lay dying he whispered to his friend something about treasure called Goda Poola Legus. So there ya go Get ya shovels ready.

Nitric now hold on. I believe we need to figure out how we can string this out for about 10-12 episodes. I think this is how we will find true treasure. How's The Legend of the Loggers Artwork sound or maybe Artwork Map Rush?

Harleyman2 he said in another thred .. New Mexico now keep up cause me and Nitric are halfway there. So who needs a map when its in New Mexico where clear cutting took place by an art collector/art framer. We got this

You know I got to thinking. Maybe the logger painted the painting and also included the map so you would have to use the painting with the map to find the treasure!

I never would have thought of that. You're back on the team....but wait what if the painting is of the trees before he clearcut them. And he cut trees to make it twice as hard to find treasure. Well I guess we have Season 2 now.

I see what you did there. But the guys name was Woody. Last name Woodpecker

Yeah I've seen it. Lol but too late now cause Diamond has map on that painting.

I was gonna swing by and pick you up on the way Nitric but Harleyman2 just kick started his scooter and he's way closer. Dang

I'll put all the saved up pop tabs and nails in a box! :dontknow:

That be real funny to actually do that and start a treasure hunting trend of a newly found map that looked really old with claims of someone's treasure and cache for someone to find it!!! Dang, I should have sent that to you in a PM........ now the cats out of the bag!

I didn't read all the Responses yet , but Honestly

one place

in the field.

Find the Treasure & the map was Authentic

Don't find the treasure... & either you goofed following the clues, your too late
or it was fake & you'll probably never know

I'm not biting.the last time I commented on a similar thread I got a temp.ban..I remember at least getting a heavy finger wagging. That other guy had about a gazzilion dollars worth of the worlds richest concentrates in his garage, from his mining operation. He needed a stranger from here to partner up with to process it and split the proceeds.Yup no family, friends or employees.no knowlege of how to process his concentrates from his mine...lol

I guess in some families it would actually be better to partner up with an internet stranger...lol

The real question I've seen in all these posts is : What is it that has you thinking the drawing on the back of the painting is in
any way referring to treasure ?

well from this post I can take the Hint as to why you got in trouble .

You apparently don't trust anyone & would rather make accusations then join conversations :dontknow: perhaps if you would think positive instead of jumping to the conclusions that everyone has an alternative motive, you wouldn't get in trouble.

It could be either way. Come in with a fantastical idea and yank chains ... or ... if he did find something like this and wanted help, why not sign up here and ask?
Really? Probably the same reason you wouldn't walk through crack town with a gold chain around your neck and waving $100 bills or take out an ad in newspaper that you found 2 pound nugget and are going to put it on your kitchen table til you get back from 2 week vacation funded by 10 of the 100 gold coins you found the same day.
I would post more but I'm leaving for the airport right after I put my spare key under the door mat. See ya in 2 weeks.

Okay, I know a lot of you think this is a joke and I don't care. I have no skills or know how in treasure hunting and no equipment. So I see this as an opportunity. I realize that there are no guarantees.
The painting was given to my father in law by the owner. My father in law took care of him and his wife for many years. I have asked myself all of the same questions that you have asked. I don't know specifically who sealed it. Maybe he stood by as it was being done. Back then you didn't have to leave your stuff and pick it up a week later. So.....who knows. But if you are a treasure hunter isn't that what it is all about? But you are right why am I trusting a bunch of strangers? Although, when it comes to money or treasure its amazing how fast family and friends can become strangers! But I'm not trying to reel anybody in and I am not a "he". Like I said just thought I would go to the professionals with the opportunity that could benefit both of us. Thanks anyway.
