I found two 1944 D wheaties today :) These were my first ones so I am excited.

Nothing exciting, but if I could remember exactly it would break down something like this;

1923 Penny
1938 Nickel
1917 Dime
1954 Quarter
1956 Half dollar
1970 Ike Dollar

Haha!

I guess I'll update, not there's much for me. lol

1899 Indian Head Cent
1898 V-Nickel
1936 Merc Dime

Oldest Foreign: 1885 Austrian "1 Kruezer" in about VF+ condition. Other notworthy foreign oldies are a 1904 Large Canadian cent from penny arcade reject bin, 1920 small canadian cent from walmart register, 1932 Canadian cent from current job register.

1918 Penny
1913 Buff
1944 Merc
1947-D Wash. Quarter
1965 Kennedy (Sad face, still no 90%ers)
1971 Ike (Double Sad)

Updates to my numbers here:
1907 IHC (1909 and 1909 VDB cent as well)
1908 V nickel
Early date Merc (it was at least pre-1920, the last digit was rubbed off, possibly 1918)
1947-D Washington Quarter
1964 Kennedy
1971-S Ike (Silver B.U. Ike, a "Blue Ike")

Also, if we are adding paper money into this, I've found a 1928A "funny back" $1 bill, a 1935A Hawaii $1 silver cert, numerous 1935 $1 silver certs, numerous 1928 $2 bills (red seals), and a 1928 $5 bill (red seal).

Update to my update last year:
1907 IHC (1909 and 1909 VDB cent as well)
1905 V nickel
Early date Merc (it was at least pre-1920, the last digit was rubbed off, possibly 1918)
1947-D Washington Quarter
1942-S Walking Liberty half dollar
1971-S Ike (Silver B.U. Ike, a "Blue Ike")

If I remember correctly, my oldest & most unusual was a 1873 three-cent piece (nickel var), found in a dime box., in fine+ condition. It had to come out of a collection somewhere, but yet it looks like a foreign coin unless you examine it closely. I'm not complaining, it goes in with the OLD TYPE COINS, in my collection.

Oldest for me:
1912 V nickel (in my second box to boot)
1907 2 1/2 Centesimos from Panama (found in a roll at work)

No joke, 182? dime in a penny roll. Thing was pretty flat, but still had some detailing.

Today I got my oldest silver - 1893 Columbian Exposition half.
1909 Wheatie
1892 (i think) Indian Cent

Joblll: any chance of a pic? Amazing find; everyone along the way who touched it probably thought it was a foreign coin. Is it a BUST design variety, going back to the early 1820's. Nice going, a keeper none the less.

About a year ago, when TD banks were a dumping ground, I walked in to dump a weeks worth of gone through coins. They pull their machine out because I would dump close to $2,000 a week. Upon doing so, I could see some coins in a blocked reject tube. Upon getting them free, I found an 1820 Large Cent. It was worn but you could still observe everything. Other coins found include a very worn Flying Eagle cent. It was in a CWR. Looking straight on, you couldn't tell what it was. But turning it ever so slight, you could see the outline of the eagle. Found an 1876 Indian cent in AG condition. Found a few Liberty nickels. A few barber dimes. Don't do quarters. Oldest half found was a 1901 Barber.
