whats does everybody here do for work?

What's in a title, they call mine Service Director, I over see Five group homes for Mentally/physically challenged persons. That involves lots of supervison of staff, paperwork, making sure all runs smoothly from the house to the vans to billing to medical issues to families, personel issues, proactive and crisis. I am on call 24/7 for issues. Thank goodness my motto is to train your staff well and you will not need to be called all the time. (goal)

Thats my bank and insurance company. it is a good military bank. I highly recommend it.
