I've seen and found some sterling 950. You sure it's a 4? Otherwise, maybe it is an item#.

The 450 is just a stamp, perhaps a style like you said. It’s sterling!

That sold price is disappointing and I would think it's worth more than that myself, just from a historical aspect. It sold for $56.00
