I can easily see why no one has been able to study dowsing under controlled conditions. There are so many potentially contributing factors but that, in itself, doesn't negate the possibility that enough of those factors can be understood and controlled so that the phenomenon can be studied. As for my being able to dowse a tablespoon of water, I was only talking about my own experience. So is it possible to dowse a tablespoon of water. Yes, absolutely! But it depends upon the kind of rod you're using, the time of day, the height of the tablespoon, and the direction you are traversing in your search. Of course it might also depend upon some other factors that I either haven't considered yet, or simply don't know about yet.
