Treasure Marks/Signs - Diagnosed Here

Just remember that hearts lead TO treasure; not to HOME. Think of the heart as a drawn bow with an arrow notched on the string. The lobes are the bent halves of the bow and the arrow (pointer) runs from the string through the center of the lobes where the arrow rest would be on the bow.

Dogs and human faces lead home.

thanks poorfarm, shortstack,i see that arrow would be stuck right in the ground there.

If you're talking about that last heart shaped hoyo, that pointer piece is telling you where to look on the other side of that rock for your next information. That invisible arrow gives you the direction to look for the next sign or the direction to travel to FIND the next sign. If it is pointing to the ground, you should look in that area for the next symbol.
Remember; hearts going IN and faces going OUT.

dog, the treasure hunter,

On your first picture, I see animal shadow, leaving area were shadow heart is pointing. :coffee2:

As a point of info; that shadow heart is pointing AT the camera.

please forgive me for not having pictures. It's about six miles of walking to get into this spot.

Yesterday I was pig hunting in the woods of San Diego. I left my phone in the truck, because I had no service, and I didn't want to lug it around. I also didn't have a camera with me. I would have never expected to come across what I found yesterday in S.D.

I found an egg shaped rock I don't remember if that one is called the alpha or omega. However, it had a heart, a white dog ( it was almost 3pmish so shadows were off, so I didn't trust the shadows it was showing) an owl, and an X on it. I recognized it for what it was immediately because of everyone here who contributes their knowledge.

I showed my friend that I was hunting with what I saw, and he agreed.( He was the one that pointed out the second bird :icon_thumleft: )

Shortly thereafter, a large boulder shaped like a hummingbird based on the beak. about 50 yards away, another bird staring right at the other bird (both birds were facing each other.) Then, in between them, the biggest darn head I've ever seen. This boulder must have been 60 ft. tall, and as big around as a house. It looked like a perfect face and the nose was pointing up the hill.

I plan on following it here soon. However, my question is,:
what does a head/ face mean,
What does a bird mean,
and why were both of those birds staring at each other?

any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping I have time this weekend to go back out there.. to hunt in more ways than one.
Thank you.

Basically, faces and heads were usually looking towards home........as in homesick. The birds are telling you that there will be a LOT of direction changes on the inbound trail. There should be something in the area to give specific direction and distance.............to the next lead.

ok that makes sense, but why would they stare at each other, and why are there two? It's not like they're staring in different directions. That's what throws me off the most. Why isn't there just one bird pointing toward the head> Neither bird was even looking at the head. The head was about 100 yards west and up hill of the two birds.

Maybe those 2 birds are saying there are 2 trails and they are branching off somewhere just ahead. Remember; the King's trail could not be used by others, those others had to use a different trail.

Oh! ye'll take the high road and
I'll take the low road,
And I'll be in Scotland afore ye ...

Careful, Springfield. Many of my ancestors were of the Black Douglass's. We don't take kindly to ye of little faith. (LMAO)

I'm thinking those shadow figures are the trail info here. That black dog on the lower left; the brown robed human wearing a black hat the might be in the shape of a heart, standing above the black dog. Then, a little farther to the right are another black heart with something stuck in or through it and what looks like a black Devil head next to it. Then, off in the distance to the right edge of the photo are some more shadow figures that might include ANOTHER heart.

dog, the treasure hunter,

Here`s another point of view.

I see two hearts pointing in the general direction of shadow rabbit.

I think DSTY said rabbit to him meant top of the hill.

Rabbit... alternate entrance? look for the rabbit hole("Pozo"). :dontknow:

If some of this helps, nice. If not, I guess its nonsense on my part.

I am glad you are having more fun then I am. :coffee2:

Looking at different points of view will be what finds the goods. :icon_thumleft: I was wondering if those snake and bird figures might be false leads. Don't know. But, I wouldn't think that those hearts you tagged would be false.

Ha ha, I already said that I'd take the low road. At that point, I'd have nothing to fear from the Douglass's!
