Treasure Marks/Signs - Diagnosed Here

Sanguine:
That figure that you've chalked is actually 3 "V"s. The straight line parts of the 2 "D"s (or ONE "B") transforms the one "V" into THREE. Since the "V" has the value of 5 in the Spanish Alphabet code, the total value of the figure is either "17" or "25" which would the the distance value. The matter now is to determine if that value is in Veras or in feet. If you determine that the figure is on the top of the rock; parallel to the ground the value is in Varas. If you determine that the surface of the rock it's on is actually a SIDE face, the value is in feet.

A Vera is 32.8 Spanish inches which is equal to 30 American inches. The direction to travel is indicated by the arrow someone spotted OR by the center "V".

just stick with the Castilian vara of 33 inches...don't be confused by those who are not true trackers and dont know...those that try to mimic and parrot the advise of others...but have no boots on the ground experience , in the real world.

Sanguine:
The Spanish Vara is 32.8 Spanish inches and is usually referred to as being 33 Spanish inches; equal to 30 American inches. The difference of 2 tenths of an inch is too accurate for measuring over, around, past; rocks and boulders scattered over hill and dell in the mining areas.....even IF you had a tape measure or surveyor's tape marked in Varas and / or Spanish inches.
Be careful of folks who advise you to ignore the research information from anyone who hasn't had "boots on the ground experience in the real world". By THAT reasoning, Charles Kenworthy should have never used the information he received from paid researchers in the Spanish Archives because those scholars had no boots on the ground experience in the real world, EITHER. Ignoring ANY sources of information is self-defeating. Gather ALL info available and cull out what you don't need. No single-source knows it all..............contrary to what they tell you. Now, I shall post AGAIN, for the one hundred and thirty-seventh time; I have not been hiking the west / southwest as many others have because of personal and heath reasons, BUT I do a lot of research on the historical things and people who have been there; as well as some groups who are purported to have been there. A lot of what I've learned and noted has been info presented by folks who have been out.

True Trackers,
Kenworthy senior,
according to his son, visited and photographed over 1000 sites, AIDED by the information from the archives. Kenworthy junior
did the same aided by his dads work, and produced "spanish trail signs and monuments" a very valuable book bringing all of
the trail information and the treasure trail information together, for anyone who is stuck on pareidolia to equate them selves
with those two great trackers and authors is beyond ridiculous to the absurd...
the Spanish invented the death trap when one got to close to the treasure, beware of 'information traps,' that tend to confuse
one when getting close to the real data...there are are a few here who will spread disinformation, some are benign , some are
cunning, it really doesnt matter which one misdirected you, you are still misdirected~! caution is advised-amateur erroneous academic research for real world treasure hunters is superfluous - virtual tracking is only vicariously beneficial -merely entertainment for the uninitiated or the bored neophyte~! the ignore option was invented for just this purpose-use it wisely and place confusion on ignore.
hope this helps the newbie and the pro

Please remember what the previous poster has said about books, should he/she ever offer to sell you a copy of his discoveries in book, booklet, or newsletter form. They are not important, therefore, none of his / hers will be either.

In those last two pictures the are many monuments and I can see some empty cache sites as well. The first over hang you see is telling you something of great importance is directly below it, and it looks like there is another one to the left of it, you will not see this in any books.

Believe it or not.

Maybe that "ham" was running from this black dog (large yellow arrow) and that pesky black fly ( the smaller yellow arrow) . That black fly may even be a shadow devil figure........not sure.

Be sure to always rotate your photos 90 degrees at a time and study it good. That will often make things jump out at you that you didn't see at first, viewing the photo "correctly".
