The Waltz Map

Like I wrote in another thread, the Waltz map is a Mexican ( Peralta ) map, which somehow came in the possession of Waltz.
The only question which should be answered, is if Waltz acquired this map from Ramon Peralta in Mexico or was taken from the Mexicans he shot in regards to take advantage over the mine.
IMHO, Waltz wouldn't been able to draw such a map and for sure he wouldn't been able to decode it.
Markmar,
I can only speculate as to the purpose you continue to attempt to misdirect by rewriting LDM lore to your liking.
Sorry to be the one to inform you, but none of the speculations seem to fall into the honorable category. 🤷🏼‍♂️😬

Here is a copy of the Waltz map.
Here are some basics:
- I believe this map is 2 sections.
- The left 1/3 of this is an enlargement of the core area, shown on the right hand map section.
- the right hand map section, is more of a plot map, as far as I can tell.
- I suspect greatly, that Waltz made this map for himself….. so he would not have a hard time finding the exact spots of things again .… (something he mentioned to Rhiney)
- I also suspect that waltz gave and/or showed this map to Julia, during the talking and planing of the potential trip of Waltz leading them in, at least part way from the board house.
I think it was to be applied, once in the mine vicinity.
I think Waltz figured that if he could get them to the vicinity, then this map, along with his explanation of the map, would get Julia to the mine(s).

I believe 99.999% that this map is real.(but probably a duplicate of the original.)

I wouldnt look to much into this map. JMHO
😁 hello Doc,
Too late, it was used to find the hidden camp, the mine directly across of it, and more.
Just facts. 🥳🤓

Idahodutch

PS - you should have told me sooner 😉

😁 good morning 393Stroker,
I had more than serious doubts upon first looking at it. I was just doing due diligence by giving it attention …… then I recognized the area, and spent hours confirming my suspicions. Then it came to life. It was time for boots on the ground, only I was not able to get myself in there…… and it looked like my days in those mountains were finished.
Medical advancements changed all that, but not before sharing my search, revealing secrets that I carried for almost 50 years.

Pretty soon you may have to choose, but choose wisely 😆😉

Sincerely,
Idahodutch

The LDM lore must be rewritten, not to my liking, but like it is in reality. If the clues would been accurate, then the LDM would been found long time ago, not by people who went few times in the mountains but by people who spent their entire life out there and knew the clues from first hand before written them down.
You know about these actually " accurate " clues, only because some people failed to find the mine using them. There wouldn't be another explanation for this. So, if you believe you are little smarter than those old timers, then you have to change your medication or what are you drinking.
Good luck with your alleged LDM and good brains to those who believe you.

Markmar,
It must be rewritten ? Wow

It’s a funny thing how attributes such as honor, can and do seem to permeate into other parts of a person …. How they think, how the communicate…… even the assumptions the person makes.

You are revealing more and more about who you are.
Once again, there doesn’t seem to be much honor … 🤷🏼‍♂️😬

Attacking me, or Waltz ….. or insulting other forum members, making all kinds of assumptions, isn’t going to fix it. 🤪
Maybe taking some time to self reflect on all this might help? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Way to chime in 🥴
I don’t know how I missed your lovely post🤓

Maybe one day you’ll figure things out. 👍

For everyone else wondering what is to become of this ….. it is yet to be concluded.
I don’t know if I will be able to get back in or not.

Is the Waltz map the real deal? .... I think so 🥴
Could the LDM actually be buried just 100 yards or so off the trail …. 🤷🏼‍♂️ maybe.

Are there really 2 mines ..?
I believe so. 👌

Did Waltz give “his mine” to Julia, and the the Peralta shaft mine to Holmes.?
I believe so. 👌

Is the remains of waltz’ hidden camp in there like the map seems to show.?
It looks like it. 👌

Can you really see 4-Peaks looking like one peak from the high point of the ridge.?
I know so. 👌

Is there really a rock looking like a man standing in the brush, just like the clue.?
I know so. 👌

Do the clues actually fit, and in order.?
🤓

It looks like the wife and I will make it to rendezvous this year….. I’m looking forward to finally meeting some of you,
Sincerely,
Idahodutch

Hi Idahodutch

One thing you have to keep in your mind about the LDM story: When I was returning from , you were going to.

Now, some Ldm clues from your site which doesn't match the real clues:
- from above your site you can see only one peak from the Four Peaks, and not the Four Peaks lined as one peak.
- from your site the Weavers Needle is not visible to the south.
- there is not a "rampant horse" landmark above your mine spot, like should be in reality ( look to my avatar ).
-From your site, the military trail is not visible.
-etc.

Go better to the Dutchman's rendezvous, is the proper place for people who wants to promote their books or their fairy tales. You will meet people who saw UFO, aliens, ghosts and other imaginary things. The only thing they didn't see, was the gold from their own research. Also, there will be serious people who are really interested in the LDM saga.

Why markmar,
You secretly took me off of ignor…. And now have posted another lovely post. 😁

Sour grapes markmar…. It will give you indigestion 🤷🏼‍♂️

For those who want to see it. A map with the Spanish-Mexican treasure code: every drawing is a description of rows of rocks on the ground.

I don't think you are aware the area that Idahodutch has spoken of. All of what you stated isn't a correct statement. Why do you feel so confident that his location isn't a good one? You're not explaining your position well. If you want others to understand what you've stated - you have to show why or its just rambling. Break it down for us, please.

SpartanOC,
Markmar gave more than he usually does, but it still falls way short of being considered back-up.
He already is distorting the wording of the clues. He has said that the clues need to be fixed ….. ( he means if they are to fit his spot 😉😂)
As you point out, his statements are inaccurate…. (I’m trying to be polite about it 😁)
Hard to effectively communicate with someone who distorts information right out of the gate.

I think I have given up on trying to reason with him 🤷🏼‍♂️
I’m glad you are reaching out , maybe it will help 😊

Above is a good example of the mindset I was talking of.

Russ, glad to see you're still vertical. Was beginning to wonder. Hope all is going well.

Have you any pics of gold yet? ;)

Take care amigo - Jim
Jim,
Thanks, and it’s good to hear from you 😁
I read your input on Wagoners, and was very impressed.
I’ve been hanging in there, trying to get meds right, so I can go do stuff. 👌

I was sure focused on getting some of that gold, but was interrupted 🫤

The Mrs and I did go to Rendezvous. It was my first time. 🫣

If we do get some of that gold, you’ll need to think about a trip in there too. 😁👍

It was great to hear from you Jim, - Russ

First you have to learn the LDM clues told or written by the first LDM seekers and after to go to the spot Idahodutch choose to explore. If you will find one LDM clue there, then my statements are incorrect. You can't tell I'm wrong only because someone told you so.
Good luck to every greenhorn who dare enter those mountains seeking for the LDM without the basic knowledge about this story.

Hmmm, LDM clues told or written by first LDMSeekers ……. You mean like Dick Holmes, and Julia Thomas.
😉😂😂
You might try a different angle , because that one sure backfired.
