I had a little e-jinx going on Friday.
Lady stopped by with a lap top to figure out if I can use one. We are sitting with the lap top between us, she had me type my name, which I did with one finger cause all of them are just not that coordinated together, yet. So she says lets try dragon speech/text. She turns the app on says hello dragon...text appears on screen "please say again". This happens every time she tries.
I said "it's me". Backed my self 10 feet away, the woman is staring at the screen. I asked my friend who was there if it was working, she leans over looks, and says"yes it is." So I came back over. The woman looks at me, looks at my friend, quickly closes the lap top and sticks it in her bag, then says " I think you can use an I-pad!." And she leaves.
:dontknow::laughing7::laughing7::laughing7::tongue3:

Beeps, I guess the guys are to polite to tell you this. You are out of memory, too. You already told us this story. Post #7189. It is still hilarious! You are e-challenged!:tongue3::laughing9::tongue3::laughing7:

Ya....I think that they are all pre 1900s....maybe 1860s - 1890s. I'm still cleaning them and dating them.

rook,
Yep and then doing my weekly pub outing. We have a snowstorm brewing 6" to 10" inches forecast.

I inherited my dad's work car.

Rook, do you visit Dayton much? 'Cause I have seen that car, driven by an ole' dude wearing silk purple suit, red silk shirt, matching purple fedora with red feathers in it, and big gold chains. He makes frequent stops on the corners where ladies are hangin' out.

I still got some good ones to get...its a long kyak paddle to this spot and then a long trek through the mangrove bush !! No coins yet but I think there's an old settlement here.

Wait till you guys see the house I'm gonna detect.....its a sight to behold !! They cleared some woods and I went to check for mahogany logs.....low and behold there was an old conch house back there.....got to be 1850s-1890s. There gonna try and restore and move this settlers shack. Good chance of buried money here. In the keys in the 1800s there was only one place that people put there money.....the ground !! There were no banks.

Surely not.:laughing7: Don't visit Dayton. I've been through there.
