rook,

Time to invest in solar panels....maybe your local utility has a byback policy where you get to charge them if you provide more power to the grid than you consume.

That would be one way to get revenge.....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Storms knocked out our power again today. I beginning to think I'm off grid.

:hello: Hey Bill. Yes, everything is okay as can be expected. Wife's anniversary is next month, 48 years. She has planned Soooooooooooo much that I am thinking of taking a 30 day road trip next week.....................by MYSELF. :BangHead:

I have lived through several tornadoes and straight line winds, not fun. Glad you guys are OK. That is not common for your area is it ?

So we going to get some strawberries and we happen to be driving right by a permission. I just about did a 180 degree neck turn when I saw this.
Had to stop on the way back, click a couple of pictures.
Wife was like "Do you think we should be in here"?
I have a permission we are allowed.
This site has produced a few good keepers.
My oldest silver 1740 1/2 Reale.
We got home and I got back to the chores, came in for water. Wife ask why I was back so soon. She thought I had gone back to hunt.:laughing7:
Missed that opportunity.

What's the anniversary for?

:icon_scratch: According to the wife, I guess it is her wedding anniversary. 8-)

Jim, nice pictures, are you mining for opals :tongue3:
Or are you building a new safe house for the chipmunks :icon_scratch:

Simon... glad to see you back. :)

SO YOU CAN STEER The ship at night again :P

Drifting in the current is ok... but... :)

And on that note...

I have a date with some drifting current.

Night folks.

Chipmunk cemetery is possible. :laughing7:

It would suck if one of the sons was going to build a house there.
Maybe I could just get the topsoil spread out on the field.
Lot of dirt to detect

Good night ARC, just back temporary. Kinda like the guy in Quantum Leap, here one moment and then whisked off somewhere else. I have so much work waiting to be done. I do read the ship's log religiously so I may be out of sight, but not out of mind. ( Well, maybe a little bit out of my mind ??? )

Yes, but then when you see such cute pictures posted like you have of them, they look so cute. We had them for a while but haven't seen them lately, my son says it's because they moved underground :icon_scratch: All those burrows in the yard are definitely a safety hazard. I know we have at least one 25+ pound ground hog around too. >:(

Our state doesn’t buy power back.

Simon,

That last couple of years we've been having severe wind storms that hasn't been the norm for our area.

Lachine has something like 50,000 city planted trees so luckily we still have plenty to go around.

Your new roof would be ideal for this wouldn't it ? Or do you have to many tall trees around the house ?
