RR...trees are your friends! :laughing7:

I hope you are right. But I really think that it will be longer. A lot of people are not taking this seriously.

Rook, good morning
I think that cv is real enough, I just do not believe that this show is about cv.
It was the closest and easiest tool to grab, is all.

I really suspect this may be about draining the swamp. The real panic, is coming from the deep state.
They are in full freak out mode.

I really think Trump is trying to minimize collateral damage to the public, so is using this attempt by the deep state, against them, declaring national emergency give him special powers. The panic is almost all driven by deep state infiltrators. If Trump hold public executions, I'm buying a ticket.

Idahodutch,

Just don't overdo it. Heck even if you can only manage 10 minutes or so stick with that for maybe a week and build up from there.

Bill,
The morning walk, what a novel idea. I think I'm ready for easing into a routine that includes exercise.
It's been 9 days since I got the nerves in my lower spine oblated. The discomfort/pain level is leveling off at about maybe a 2. Been doing light yard work, pulling weeds, picking up trash that blew in. Still need to get the garden ready.

Idaho, get well you and the wife, glad you don't have to go to hosp. Prayers for you both.
And thank you for self quartining.

Good morning msbeepbeep,
Thank you, were about past what ever it was that we had.
We usually space ourselves when sick. One of the reasons I don't like airports.
Definitely prefer driving. Can take whatever you want, eat whatever you want, and don't have to be searched, or answer any questions . . . just to go somewhere, no thanks .

Wow, I almost got sidetracked.
Msbeepbeep, thank you, and I hope we all come thru this intact.

Well I did my morning walk and did some trimming of the black raspberries. There's actually 2 patches in different parks.

Did some trimming of the old canes, however, the 2nd place will need a couple of shots to clean up the undergrowth that gets in the way.

One bonus was a pair of lacoste ladies sunglasses in the undergrowth odds are lost fishing from the shore or washed in with the waves.

I got a few weird looks from other walkers wondering who the idiot was trimming branches in the park....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Weird looks are good when you're thinking ahead!

Thanks Bill,
That's good advice. Been easing into it for a week, the walks are just as hard as pulling weeds, as far as the vertabrea rubbing bone on bone. The oblations of the nerves just block the pain.
My core is what gets tired, but it seems to be getting more strength.

My back muscles are the main target
Got some new tennis shoes with memory foam in the soles, ahhhh, they help absorb impacts when walking.

Jumping is NOT a good idea though, which is too bad, because I have always liked to jump. Especially when climbing.
It's really exhilarating, just have to know your limits. And don't test those limits in the field!!!!

Ok guys other grandmother in need of prayers and good thoughts.
She's in her 80's, been in & out of hosp since she fell but wasn't hurt but it's all the, regular flu, pnenumonia, and now C-dif, she has "aquired" from all her hospital stays.

FYI- avoid hospitals unless no other options!

Thank you, it's greatly appreciated.

Hoping for the best Msbeepbeep.

I`m hoping and prayin too Msbeep

Same here msbeepbeep, seems like the bad guys are really trying to stifle the meds that work.
I really hope she can get over the hump.

My wife's mom had a pneumonia thing going on, most likely cv, but didn't test her ???
They did however get her over the hump for now, but she was placed in a care facility temporarily until she gets more strength back. She'll be 82 in July.

I am reminded that we are not in control of how many days each of us was allotted. None of us, no matter what we do, are able to shorten or extend the number of days. For each of us, there is already a preset day.
Live life the best we can, try to be honorable, Edify when possible, those around us.
A good place to start, is to give thanks.
Yes, there is plenty to be thankful for.

Yes for sure Idaho. Thanks guys.

Sorry Bill, rained on your parade. Nice sunglass find!
Maybe she dropped a cell phone too?

Thank you Bill that was very nice.
