I hope you are right. But I really think that it will be longer. A lot of people are not taking this seriously.
Bill,
The morning walk, what a novel idea. I think I'm ready for easing into a routine that includes exercise.
It's been 9 days since I got the nerves in my lower spine oblated. The discomfort/pain level is leveling off at about maybe a 2. Been doing light yard work, pulling weeds, picking up trash that blew in. Still need to get the garden ready.

Well I did my morning walk and did some trimming of the black raspberries. There's actually 2 patches in different parks.
Did some trimming of the old canes, however, the 2nd place will need a couple of shots to clean up the undergrowth that gets in the way.
One bonus was a pair of lacoste ladies sunglasses in the undergrowth odds are lost fishing from the shore or washed in with the waves.
I got a few weird looks from other walkers wondering who the idiot was trimming branches in the park....![]()
Idahodutch,
Just don't overdo it. Heck even if you can only manage 10 minutes or so stick with that for maybe a week and build up from there.
I`m hoping and prayin too Msbeep
