Back when I was 16/17 I used to go spear fishing off the jetty's by Newport Beach..at least
until about an 8' shark came swimming by one day. I'd swear that SOB smiled at me as he went
by, and it was the kind of smile you make just before you bite into a jelly donut.

Maybe some folks get used to 'em...but nope, nope, nope...that was enough for me!

Since I'm weird and like to know where the jewelery i find came from and it's history this latest ones company is kind of neat. Could be older but also new. I'm hoping older as it came where they had dug and moved sand on the lake beach. But it's a Jabel company is from New Jersey started in 1916.

Been diving 57 years and mostly Northern California. As we're (twin brother and I) on downhill slide we've been using electronic Shark Shields for 20? years. We personally know 5 people who've been bit and trying to not join the list.

Here in Florida you can buy any gun/ammo you want at anytime. That is if you are not a felon or a minor. There are no problems and I feel criminals think twice before messing with someone as they don't know who is carrying. The states with very strict gun laws tend to have the highest violent crime rates. My wife and her friends all carry and go shooting together, then have lunch. That is a group of ladies you don't want to mess with.

Not even allowed to carry a pocket knife here!
Or own a slingshot.
Guns must be kept in a safe with parts seperate like the bolt in another container or fitted with a trigger lock and ammo in another. So if you get home invaded by the time you get it all together your family is dead and your hacked to pieces with the number 1 weapon of home invaders choice here, machetes.
Police do regular random checks and if they're not stored correctly you lose your licence. 🫤

We've had so many people hit the maximum level of Gold Member for so long and so many posts I felt that an upgrade was in order.

Gold being a very precious metal has been moved up the list... so many people that had gold before no longer do. Here is the updated rank list. I apologize for everyone that no longer has gold but I felt it better than making up some arbitrary values... That sucks! We have air guns that will send a steel ball through 1/2 inch plywood... It's been modified...Could that slip under the laws?

Nope. Air rifles are treated like the others and have to be under lock. Not allowed to own any non gun that resembles or is a replica of a real gun.
That includes gel guns. An air pistol would be classed the same as other firearms.
If you were caught walking down the street with a water pistol that looks like a real gun you'll get arrested and charged.

Hi mate, yeah unfortunately the majority of the public here are totally woke.
The trouble with that is those who aren't and have a violent nature are taking full advantage of it. Knife violence, carjacking, home invasions and random killings has gone off of the chart in the past several years. They know they can go into a home at night with the residents in it and wont be confronted by an armed person, they attack them, rob them, steal the car and if caught get a ridiculous light punishment. They go into shops with machetes attack the owners, rob them with no fear because they know they're not armed.
Kids are doing it now as young as twelve in packs home invading robbing shops, randomly stabbing people in the streets.
I sleep with a pick handle next to the bed and have knives placed in every room of the house. Have a prospecting sharpened pick in the car always and knives.
Majority of the public are lgbtqwxyz loving politicaly correct, history hating, gender fluid gender neutral nuetered wimps!
