The thing is there's certified organic and just organic.
Then there's different classification of being certified.

Lots of small farms/growers are opting out.
It's just a piece of paper.
It really doesn't provide any proof.
Get to know the source(the grower/producer)
I can get a certificate from one of these places in 18-36 months.
Grow food in a brown field and they wouldn't even test the soils.
That's been my
concern forever iit seems.
They just want to see a paper trail. Are the seeds planted organic, the fertilizer organic, or is the feed.
Money grab basically.
Though when it comes to trust many want to see that label.
