Local counsel asked if we would bring this truck up to the car show they are holding in two weeks. Guess I need to actually finish things up. This weekend was installing moldings and some chrome bits.

Lots to do yet but she’s looking pert guuud.

I don't how you folks do it.
Living on edge for months at a time.
Worried about loosing everything many times every year.
Sure you have the other part of the year where your sweating your arses off everyday.
I guess for the few perfect ones it's worth it.

You just a better balance. 🤣

Oh you certainly are right on that one.
We get ice storms, blizzards, and few twisters roaming around.
But generally we have it pretty good.

I struck out on a brief search.
Did find a library not near you that is supposed to have a copy. Others were listed (libraries with alleged copies) but the site wanted things I wasn't interested in....

Found out once anyways libraries can help find books. And they sell some too. Been there.
And recall one I borrowed repeatedly I should have inquired about buying. As opposed to thier occasional sale of obsolete, not loaned enough type books.
Go to Worldcat on line. Google it and you will find it. That is a catalog of every book ever published. Plug in the name of the book you are looking for and they will list every library that has it. Once you've established that at least one library has it, go to your local library and ask about the "Intra-library" loan program. Every library participates in this program. They'll have you fill out a form and will then request the book be send there. You will be notified when it arrives. If you can't find the book for sale or it is very expensive, this is you best alternative. You can then copy the whole book or just copy the pages that interest you. I do this all the time as opposed to spending $200 on some hard to find book.
