I don't usually eat fowl but this sounds good with some lemon grass, cabbage, ginger, red peppers, and cayenne pepper. Do you make any particular kind of soup with it?
I'm allergic to peppers, so most of the mentioned can't be used.

Ginger is a must add to most soups.
Gingered squash lentil base, yummy.

We render it down to a thick broth.
Then freeze, or make a very large root vegetable soup. (Just about every type of vegetable can be in there)lentil based also.
Then the combinations with a bean base.
This provides many options for meals.
Dice up turkey, add to soup base.
-25° below comfort food.

Huh...pepper🌶 allergic to peppers....and here I thought you loved peppers all this time 🤔😮
