Went out yesterday whilst our mongrel landlord came to cut down a dangerous tree which id made safe whilst waiting 7 weeks for it to be done by tying it for support to another larger one with my good tow rope. It was damaged by the plumber bringing a truck in to fix the septic, he'd pushed it out of the way damaging the roots which you could see through the disturbed ground that had been pushed up.
Before he comes we get a call from the real estate we are getting an eviction notice. He got bugged off that we had asked for the septic to be taken care of and now the tree.
Why? Because the septic had been installed dodgy and there was sewerage overflow flowing freely into the back yard garden area. Looking at toilet paper and waste on the walk area gravel and smelling it wasn't healthy nor legal.
So we get the marching orders.
When we get home, tree cut down and he stole my tow rope.
Utter grub low life.

Still better out than watching stupid tv.
Went to Moliagul here in Vic.
Damn shotgun pellets! They were everywhere! Two little bits of yellow, 40+ pellets. Better than donuts.
