Shhhhh Simon! We gather treasure where we find it.
Some one has to protect the rum supply! Thanks for doing the rum run. If we had sent the Captain, the kegs would have been empty when he got back with them.

I'm getting ready for 3 months in the bahamas....got the boat out of the water doing maintenance and painting the bottom. I've got my pirate fort, royal island, lord dunmores property, and the kings country plantation ruins to hunt. I'll be hooking up with another treasure hunter named Jeb from NC. hes got a house over there and some promising digs of his own !! I'll be back diving bottles and exploring an unidentified spanish wreck I found 2 years back. Instead of flying back home on my time off ....I'll fly to San sal and hunt ambergris and see if I can make some hunts on farquashon plantation where a large treasure is still under guard by the bahamian law and islanders. I wont be able to get within 300 yards of the dig site but I do have free range over the rest of the ruins here. At the very least I will explore and photograph these crumbling plantation ruins. They are deep in the bush and rarely seen by human eyes !! Wooo hooo....time to blow this popsicle stand and head back to my second home....the bahamas.

Good luck Bart! Take us with you! We can park ye 'ol pirate ship out of sight.
Keep us posted if you can, we want pics to drool over.
Yea! Treasure hunting trip!!!

You know I will beeps.....starting to feel the familiar butterfly in my stomach that comes as this trip nears. Cant wait to leave this place in the middle of tourist season......starting to go crazy the last couple weeks with crowds of tourists and crazy traffic down here. Stupid super highway in the middle of my island !!

Good morning ARC, RR, Simon, WD and the rest of the crew!

What you need GB.....is a long day of detecting at your banner spot !! That will cure your cold !!

RC,

We're iced here.
Let the dogs out and watched the "lil ol man" with stiff joints go bouncing down the stairs , and not on his feet....
Sleet followed ice that followed all night rain.
Supposed to turn to snow.
Annd, another round of icing is predicted tonight.
Been getting ready for days.
Except for not covering those steps with a tarp per usual ice conditions (her royal indoors plundered too many tarps for lawn/garden stuff covering,I'll blame her) we're pretty well set.
I closed the gate to prevent the steps use.

Hi RC and GB. :hello2:

Ice, ice, and more ice over there, bad stuff to navigate in. Falling is not allowed.

Hope you get better quick GB, there's treasure to be had!
We had a something going around up here, besides rumors of rum.
There's also pink eye.
We're all boarding the ship and going with Bart! :tchest::blob9:
