THE Random Chat Thread - AKA "The RCT" - No shirt or shoes required - Open 24 / 7

Morning Chat friends, I want to thank Pepper for the pretty golden yellow skies this morning. At first I thought my eyes were going bad, but then I noticed the campfire smell.
420+ fires burning in Canada right now.
My world is a tad yucky also.

Lovely old spade, and visions of me hiding out in the shade.

But me old 👁 🧐 keeps looking at the level of that floor and wall corner.🤣
Looks like my kind of work's result. The non plumb or square combination, not the craftsmanship of the spade.
I used to insist it can either be square or plumb when I'm finished but not both.
Then realized I can make things both not square AND not plumb.

I’d bet you 2 shillings, a farthing and a thrupence that I don’t find a deciliter at all useful. 😆
The vids after this show lots of deciliters... Nope. Not overly useful. But I like the dragging the pinpointer stuff... For areas with surface type recovery potential , where a detector would be too obvious.

I definitely do know lol. I never go there not a fun place to go to.
I added a video. Sarcasticish in nature. Newman can be like that...

In America you get food to eat Won't have to run through the jungle And scuff up your feet You just sing about Jesus and drink wine all day It's great to be an American Ain't no lion or tiger, ain't no mamba snake Just the sweet watermelon and the buckwheat cake Ev'rybody is as happy as a man can be Climb aboard, little wog, sail away with me Sail away, sail away We will cross the mighty ocean into Charleston Bay Sail away, sail away We will cross the mighty ocean into Charleston Bay In America every man is free To take care of his home and his family You'll be as happy as a monkey in a monkey tree You're all gonna be an American Sail away, sail away We will cross the mighty ocean into Charleston Bay Sail away, sail away We will cross the mighty ocean into Charleston Bay

Well that's not doing much either.
Been charging tryke battery a while.
Went out and cranked the engine a bit before confirming the gas tank is empty.
Then checked out my collection of empty fuel cans. Do have a little diesel on hand of course.

This guy has a pull start...
And is idling more than accelerating. L.o.l..
No speedometer on mine but it's hard to keep your hat on wide open throttle..
fun Father Son build kits back when. From my home state a couple hours South of me.
The old gent who designed for Heald bought the company when it's owner left it, and sold me parts a while back. A talk on the phone with him helped me sort out some adjustment in the plate under the engine.
He's retried now but sure appreciated by many tryke and minibike owners for his knowledge. And service!
He turned down the offer of owners showing up in Benton Harbor en masse with "his" bikes ect. to see him off on his retirement..

They made a Heald Hauler too I keep an eye out for but see few of any more.
