We need all the wine drinking pirates to save a bird.
Now you'd feel really good giving your best for this noble cause.
So what you think?

Good morning Pepps... hows your weather these days ? able to get out yet and detect ? ? ?
Yesterday was the first day of mostly sunny weather in a week.
I posted this up yesterday.
"Though we have had 4.41" (11.20 CM) of rain this past week, it will take many days of warmth to dry it up now."

Going out detecting today, a club meet up-first gathering of this new club that has formed.

I read this update to everyone the other day, and it seems like it might be ok, as the seeded doesn't appeal to me really.

"Secondly, there are 2 fields 1 will be for the seeded hunt and the second one will be for anyone not looking to do the seeded hunt and for anyone looking to stay and hunt after lunch. the second field has been freshly plowed and will be like hunting a fresh untouched land."

So this on a previous permission, and who knows how beat the permission is actually.
Might be a ok, might be an oh well I should of stayed home and watched the paint dry.

Sorry about my response time... was getting ready... well paint drying watching does have its benifits.

First it doesnt talk back.
Second... it requires no actual physical labor.
Three.... its easy.
:P

The dry part is the best part.
It's the prep, and the first coat then the final prep, then the second coat.
Hoping that one doesn't need the third coat.

Very nice to have neighbors like that. Yesterday was the first day for our hummingbird to return. A bright throated little male. No chance to photograph, he’s quick! We usually have 3 or 4 during season.

We put the hummingbird feeders out the other day.
Hopefully they will return and stay.
Have the Eastern Phoebe nesting again in the timber frame.
They return every year to the same nest.

Amazing to watch and very social also.

They come around when we're in the garden.

We get a variety of phoebe, not sure which. They pump their tails up and down when perched. Fun to watch. I’m waiting on the orioles to return.
