Good morning y'all from the west coast (Calif. not Fla.).
In San Diego County, snow typically falls at elevations above 3000 feet, but yesterday snow flurries occured AT THE BEACH.
Last time San Diego had snow was in 1967; 56 years ago.
Yesterday gusts up to 40 mph, rain and snow flurries. Today: Clear skies and calm; recent weather here like a roller-coaster ride.
For those who use a metal detector, the 'cut' in the beach sand wall was over ten feet in spots.
Don....

Stayed in the hills (isn't it all hills?)
Still my favorite clime visited.
Mornings were absolutely spectacular.

Mornin all.

Old truck just enough to plow the road out. Heavy pushing.
Deep slush on ice.
More to plow before tomorrows potential storm. Need to run to gas station. Always an adventure.

Forecast is for a colder than average March.
Snowpack is down to around ankle deep in the open.
Geese in the sky yesterday and multiple directions they were complaining last night.
Predators maybe...
Went by a couple lakes yesterday and they're still froze over.
But , nature knows when .
They can always head South a ways not that far to no snow.
