Hey Fellow cooks out there in T-Net land :wave:....
Anyone care to share their favorite spices? I came across this one a couple years back and I do love them as my go-to. What's your favorite?

 

Been cleaning out the freezer. More beef on the way. For those who don’t know, we had a mishap and the freezer was off. We found it in time , but t all this was stuck to the bottom and now we have to cook it.

Yes, we have alarms for the recpticle now.

What you don’t see is all the fish we are giving to our friends because of the need to clean out the freezer.
 

I'm the same here, probably 200 lb's of meat and maybe 1 lb of veggies
We freeze quite a lot of chili peppers and tomato juice. But mostly beef. I don’t care how others eat; personal choice. But, I figure I have canine teeth for a reason and I don’t think it is for asparagus.
 

. I make my spice rubs: dehydrated habaneros ground in a molcajete. Mixed with cumin, granulated garlic, chili powder, onion powder, fine sea salt and black pepper. Adjust strength by changing habanero quantities. I do use “Slap Ya Mama, HOT”, if I run low on homegrown peppers.

The ground meat and Flintstone steak could be made into jerky. The trimmed away fat before jerking could go in a soup base stock pot.
All your little alligators , er , umm , I mean grandkids ; would eat it.
