Stopping the use is beyond the user or those arounds control in most all cases.
Inpatient detox is a better option. With constant attention during and after. And....Well you know the increased risks and cycle if a relapse occurs.

I erased a much longer post . Making you cry by posting a case isn't going to help. Just like a butt whipping didn't stop a user we knew. The addiction was in charge. No one or anything else.

How did you end up with him in the first place?


We were trolling one day and a full dive for the walleye that was about to bite our lure. The full ended up getting hooked in its foot. Mr WD had to get it out. It was surreal. The gull was a good patient like it knew he was trying to help.
