Everything else is novelty... base your purchase only on the first left 5.
100 would be max for me.... without seeing condition of blades etc..... in other words... "bidding blind"....
Thats IF... repeat IF... you collect knives OR even resale.
That was me thinking-it's sitting at $50 right now as a bid right now.

This isn't a normal winter by any means-no snow/cold=lots of weeds/bugs this coming year.
If would just be plain old simple down to earth winter things would be better off around here.
There's so much water running in the system the dam is flowing over the causeway for the past 10days now.
Something like a April spring run off.

This north wind is a double edge sword here in the keys.....if I'm lucky I can keep my windows open till April......but the north wind brings the unrelenting highway noise.....the trucks start entering the keys from the mainland around 3 in the morning......usally it's one exceptionally loud semi that will wake me, then it's just a continuous amount of road noise drifting in on the north breeze. No island on the planet should have this much noise from a roadway..... South and east breezes bring warm air, but beautiful and faint ocean sounds. It's 10 after 8 now, and we are at the peak of morning road noise and traffic. Key largo is busy this time of year !! Hard to bbelievethat there are only a few thousand of us that were actually born here......when I was 10-12 years old, you could walk right down the center of U-S-1 in the summer and not see a car for 5 minutes at a time. No room left in the keys now......probably would be smarter for me to commute to work by boat !!

Looking at 'pepperj's' graph, I'll stop complaining about our local cold spell (dipping into the 40s).
Don......
In the early 80's I went for a little walk about, ended up in your neck of the woods, and actually went swimming in Feb. Sitting at a restaurant in an alpine city in BC-the topic of "Want to go swimming?" :laughing7:
SuperTramp was a dangerous tune for me.

We love this time of the year for activity.
Had a car drive past yesterday (first one in a week or so)
Actually somebody was out for a walk on the weekend-first one in 2 weeks or so.
Life is good-yes the NE winds brings the highway sounds up the gorge to the ears in the winter.

Well everyone have a great Monday
Morning to the late getter uppers

Off to the nail boards again-actually was pulling a few Rose heads yesterday=history.
Had 14"x10' ft select Ash go through the planer yesterday-had some weight to it.
No nail holes in this one, loft board-nice and straight little live edge.
Did I ever tell ya I hate sq.nails, brittle suckers, snap into 4 pieces through a 5/4" pine boards if there's rust.
