Kind of has a shield look to it.

I brought another ice cream bucket of finds to sort, 32lbs.
So I remember digging this lighter many moons ago.
I saw it again, read it and burst out laughing.

Did tons of yard clean up over here and cleaned around the foundation I like to metal detect around. Got done decided to metal detect before it got dark. Got a first time find I wasn't expecting was chasing squeakers in hopes of deep coins. Found a squeaker and dug and dug. About 8 inches I nudge something pull it up and a leather or synthetic matter belt buckle I picked up the bits of iron on the back. Was cool don't know the age but definitely different.
