Mornin all.

Anyone have an extra three (edit!) hundred grand laying around I see a new house I'd like some help financing.
I can see it from my hunting blind!
It would save me nonhomestead land taxes if it is for sure connected to my land.. But the time to justify offsetting them by buying the place could take awhile.

My 1999 Ford Lightning got 200 miles per tank.
I changed the programming chip.
I then got 220 miles per tank.
This was based on my foot not pressing the pedal to the carpet.😅
