Good morning pirates and piratesses!

The Mr keeps me busy since he’s home and got his eye on what I do all day. 🤪

After breakfast we went for a 1-1/2 mile walk, then I put some cardboard under the pumpkins to try and keep them from rotting, and harvested more squash. . Then I had to fix us lunch. I went back out to the garden and harvested tomatoes and peppers. Spent the afternoon making salsa with what ingredients I have. Eh, it’s edible. Got salad fixings together while he grilled some chicken strips. Took another 1-1/2 walk in the other direction. Then, finally, FINALLY, I got to metal detect!

Yea, we didn’t have those in the heartlands. Basically, we cruised around and jammed to mostly the same kind of music that Oregon Viking plays. Mostly. He doesn’t play enough Aerosmith, Ted Nugent, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, to name a few. Neither of us are big fans of Led Zeppelin.

I grew up on those staples, and the boss and one of the captains I work with are absolutely experts on all music 60s and 70s !! But south Florida is crazy....all types of music....all blaring at once !!

Were still jamming on the mix board at my neighbors alot, and my cousin just went back on tour for the first time in a long time.....he's having a blast !! Banging drums like mad man !!

My cousin is the drummer for "nerf herders" they work with wierd al Yankovic, and are all star wars geeks. They have a strange cult like following !! Real nasal punk sound with all comedy type spoofs.....they been jamming for years !!

Thats there new song....there finally putting out new stuff...in the wierd al style thats all there own.

Good morning, Pepperj. You and your tractor sounds like the MR and his zero turn. When the phone rings while he’s out mowing, I don’t bother with, “Hello.” I simply ask,”Where are you stuck this time?” Then out to the barn and get the ranger. One time it was as soon as I got home from church. I have his old phone somewhere. I may post a pic if I can find it.
