That’s what the NP says, even though it was 10 days until the onset of the ear aches.

Who’s laughing at that?!? It’s not funny! I vaguely remember having an ear infection once, many years ago. Like 50 years +/-. The last time I peed in the pool.

As I've stated other times I'm quite jealous of the adventures you get to go on. If I had places like that I'd go nuts. I'm quite stubborn and can search for hours on end and don't give up. The areas I've gone over I've gone over 100s of times countless hours hot or cold. Alas I've found nothing amazing or banner yet not sure I ever will but I keep trying.

I bet I'd be out constantly if I had spots like you do. People tell me I'm nuts because I'm relentless with the few spots I have to work with. I'll be out in 100 degree weather hours on end just trying and trying. I mostly have the areas in walking distance lots of long used farm land. Homes that came and went on various properties. I've found some decent stuff over the years but just nothing great. I don't give up though I get flustered when I see people go out in one day and find more than I have in my lifetime but I don't let it stop me. I know California is hard because it's a younger state. But once I get to move to the new place it has a lot of history and mines all over and lots of places I will be able to get permissions. I hold hope I will find something good. I've metal detected a gold nugget just when I've visited the area so I'll see what happens.

Got rid of some bigger items. Went decent still a lot left over. But gives some more money for the family. I'm just anxiously waiting hoping my family gets the house we have been waiting on. Was a shocker when we looked up the house and it was listed as contingent. The owner had been talked into by the realtor to make a deal to protect themselves in case my grandmas house didn't sell. They didn't want to but the realtor insisted. The owners were pretty broken up by their choice. They felt guilty but it's understandable. Though they did it knowing the loan the people want is mostly likely not going to go through and my grandmas home is set to go into escrow Monday and we can make our deal than and the owner will attempt to cancel the one they have with the other people.

Side note realtors are A holes. They scared the owners into doing what they didn't want to do.

Aw! Pooh! Realtors are pushy because they won’t make money until it sells. They don’t give a rat’s patois about who gets it.
Well, JVA5th, we live by this little saying and I pass it onto you: If it’s meant to be, it will be.

The owners wife was almost in tears because she felt so bad. My step dad told them how upset my mother got as her heart was set on the place and we got rid of a lot of our stuff because that place is fully furnished so when my step dad told the owner how distraught it bad everyone they were visually shaken up. They aren't bad people just the realtor spooked them. Chances are still good we get the place just it caught us off guard. Harm wasn't meant I don't blame them for getting spooked and trying to protect themselves in case things didn't work. But it should be fine and we can make our contract and intent to buy on Monday
