I assumed! Alabama,4th of July,tradition says chicken. I admit to being totally uncertified in smoking birds.Only smoking birds i,ve ever seen were smoking from the load of shot I,d just downed them with! I barbeque my chicken,on the grill.Doves too,wrapped in a slice of bacon and a dusting of Lemon Pepper salt. Cook ducks in the crock pot,snipe and woodcock in the oven. Don,t hunt wild turkey or geese. Smoker?We don,t need no stinkin smoker.My son has one and he,s pretty good with it. Trav has a certificate,of some kind I,m sure! Ask him.:tongue3:

No certificates here either, just satisfied wife, mother in law and daughter is all I need. The big Boston butt on the other hand is still a work in progress. Still working on tweaking the recipe.

ok, SOc Sec is offering me 255.00 because my mom passed away? But I didn't know about it and missed it 7 years ago when my dad died?
Is this commonly known about??? If not, tell everyone, you have , 7 mos. after a parent dies to apply for this survivor benefit.
