Good evening Rook & Rusty.

I was catching up on the neighborhood goings on...weird to say the lest.
One guy who had some kind of leak and a contractor fix & repair it just cut up the old carpet and put it in contractor bags, 20 of them. Then he sets one on top his garbage can. Only green bags you have to buy are allowed outside the can, this will be interesting to see if the garbage truck takes it, or writes him up.

Then the other guy who no one has seen him or any of his family since April, but mail gets delivered and picked up once a week by some guy in a black SUV from out of state. Well today the guy in the SUV comes and carries out a whole bunch of clothes and a couple of personal items, the SUV was full, and drives away. Not sure what's going on with that.

I think the same black SUV got my neighbors mail out of his mailbox. It kinda getting out of hand.
