So guys, I think I found treasure on my farm Monday night.

I know it doesn’t look like much, but most of the wire on the right is copper. Found it right by an electric pole. And it dawned on me that I had found a piece or two before. I’m going to try tumbling a little bottle and maybe an insulator . Now I have a supply of material for tumbling. 🤪😂

they,re all treasures WD,some are more treasury than others,but all treasures! Just so happens I,ve been scrapping out some copper today from computer and electronic waste.

Yes I know. We had a friend, May he RIP, who would strip wire for hours to get the copper. So I know it’s a score. Maybe not so glamorous.

I have lots of poles on my property, going down the roadside and even big supply one’s going right through the middle of the farm. That particular pole was taken out by a tornado a couple years ago. We had another one taken out by a car. Seems like every other year the electric company sends a crew out for something. I am going to have to search these areas and see if they left anything else behind.
