Aunt and uncle bought them kites. I missed the kit flying session and this is the only pic of it. Pretty cool though.

It was a blessed day for sure. The oldest grandson had to work, so his basket is still here (gotta come visit grandma and grandpa to claim it🤪). There’s only one egg that is still lost in the yard. Grandpa will have to find it with the lawnmower.

That is some special WD, just watching the excitement of the young ones run around looking for eggs.
We got ours in a little gift box yesterday. The 4yr Olds handy work along with his GM.

Thanks pepper. Same to you. I was going to put new support posts in for my muscadine vines this morning but rained all night so ground mucky. Guess I will just sit here on the barrels and drink rum all morning.

They are really too nice to eat.
The cancelled Easter gathering was cancelled so the Mrs and little guy showed up in the pm. We all went for a mill pond walk, and had the 4yr old explain to us the old foundation of the mill. (a steel trap mind)
He has only seen it once before, remembered it all, and turned into a local tour guide.
Amazing what they remember at such a young age.

AWWWWWW!That,s adorable WD! I miss that so much.Was raining here so had to do an indoor egg hunt.Still fun. I fly kites,love them. I miss my GrandDaughters,they,d fly kites with me,the GrandSon not so much!

Looks like we had similar easters WD.....I prefer hanging with the kids more than most of the adults !!
