I got a raise yesterday..... hard to believe but when I freelance fish while collecting salary I can make a number that I'm embarrassed to say. Many people are struggling, and im getting paid very well to do something that really is a job that only incredibly rich people would pay someone to do !! I would never have believed that sportfishing could pay like an upper management type job. I will soon be investing again with some spare cash !! Woooo hoooo !!
I seem to recall a few years ago when you were a little worried about your job. I am glad it’s going better. Congratulations on your raise. 🥳

Man.....yesterday I had 3 sailfish bite at once.....it was crazy and all the fish were hooked and jumping everywhere.... I've been waiting for this all season to capture on the gopro.... turns out I forgot it in the truck.....so what the heck...at least I can get some fish pics for bennyv and the all American tackle company.....not.... every photo came out blurry !! Today is the day...gonna crush those chicken beak sailfish...its on like donkey Kong !!

I should bring it to the boat dock lots of dropped stuff there.

First magnet throw after irma, I got a tangled .ess of metal....hung up in the metal was a small 14k chain, and 2 earrings !! I was hooked back then but the old speaker magnet wasn't that great !!
The thing is speaker magnets are made of paste basically.
Need the rare earth types- a few sq. inches will hook up really well.
I have one out of a mainframe computer. The vice grips clamping it are wired shut.
Used it to recover all sorts of things full BBQ that flew off the boat, the marina staff was liking it when I's pull up the anchor chains they dropped, better than diving in the cess pool waters of the marina.

Yup things are looking good....14 years with "Team Lightin Up" damn we've caught some great fish, and found some fantastic wrecks.....and even got some treasure here and there !!

The sea chickens are calling me....the ones with the beaks....sailfish !!
Not a sailfish, but it’s the closest I have to a pirate fishing.

Fussy diner.

He doesn’t like crispy edges. I have turned down the heat, used olive oil, coconut oil, butter, and even the water trick. I still get crispy edges. He stopped complaining when I told him that he could fry his own darn egg.

Oooo thunder! I am going to get some rain now!

Crispy edges = :angry4:
Too much oil
Too much heat
Too many threats 🤣🤣🤣

The most important thing to focus on when cooking them is on your burner or heat. ... Eggs Over Easy – Cook at low to medium heat in a pan with oil for 45 seconds on one side and then flip and cook for a further 20 to 25 seconds. Over Medium Egg – Cook at low to medium heat in a pan with oil for 90 seconds on each side.

Mornin all.

W.D. :
Set his egg(s) out a while before frying them.
Room temp would be better , but you (and he) won't wait that long in the morning.
Do set them out first though just to try and see a different result ..

You can also experiment with not putting eggs into a hot pan , and instead putting them in a warm pan to start. Then bump heat up to medium.
To keep eggs soft you want them to bubble slow. Not sizzle.

Did I mention my heating an iron kettle over the fire and taking too long to get the chili out of the cooler before dumping it in the HOT kettle?
Bad enough I violated the kettle with chili. But boy howdy what a scorched mess on the bottom resulted! Sigh. Have another beer , dummy.
