Mornin all.

Neighbor wanted a steel pipe that previously held a 14?foot satellite dish out of the edge of his yard near the road . I been turning a very large area of leaves near there where the road ends.
Figuring I reduce my fall leaves over time , and if someone flies down the road at night not knowing it ends , they'll hit a berm instead of trees.

Took all the tractor could do to dig and lift it out. And that with repeated tries and digging more when it didn't move.
Neighbor jumped on the pipe with a porta saw , and stripped the teeth off it. Appears the pipe is full of concrete. At least where he was cutting...

Cleaned up behind the yard fence and leveled some areas out back after. Only "found" one stump of consequence.

I may have found my calling...

What's up with the Mr WD fishing in dirt instead of the water.
Is this something that should be dully noted that he's going to be digging your holes from now on?

Now that's love! :headbang:

He got bored digging up bricks. He said, "16 buckets of dirt moved and not one blankety-blank bottle!" He went in and took a nap and left me digging and sorting good bricks from broken ones. I had to gather up all the tools and load the bricks on the trailer and haul them off. Bum. We would like to figure out how to tell the age of these bricks. Some of them just crumble others are solid. Also, I need to get with the county or local fire department and see if I can dig up any records on when this place burned. If they even keep records that far back. The oldest guy we got information from is now 100 and he doesn't remember a house being here. But not today. I am off. Got to get packed. Son and I are heading to Tennessee to buy a boat. Will talk later.:hello:

Just finished building a passenger side wind screen(18" x 31") for the colder weather ahead. Made Out of Clear 1/4" thick Lexan :) And it held up on a 4 hr. trial run today.:)...But no stinking fish to be found :(001.webp008.webp010.webp

I often wonder about Simon... thought he was no longer with us... or ?

Hope he is back.

I hope he?s back too! I had thought the worst. A lot of times I have gone to look at my likes or change a setting and his white German shepherd pic would be up in my friends section. Made me sad every time. Then today I was checking on ECS ( miss him too) and Worldtalker ( miss him also) and that?s when I seen the band pic as his avatar.

Well, anyway, I got us safely to a spot in Kentucky. Still a couple hours of driving left, but I am done for tonight. I took a pic of the sunset and I will post it on the gif thread. Good night pirates.

That wind screen will make a huge difference, RTR. The lake looks beautiful. A bad day fishing is better than a good day?. Well shoot, you don?t work so I don?t know how to finish it. [emoji1787]

If I look at the javascript console I can see these messages. I can click on the youtube link and get the video actually.

If you are using a private browsing option, especially in Safari. Try turning it off to see if that's generating the error. I've seen this before.....somewhere. :icon_scratch:

Good night, good folk. :sleepy2:
