Mornin all.
A good one to not have to be anywhere else here. Particularly , outside.
Fuel is on hand for the generator. A power outage would drive me outside a while, but other than dog clean ups and smoke breaks , it's an indoor day.
W.D. is decorating. Bah...
It was mentioned yesterday we are of the few that don't have a tree up.
So I mentioned those folks with trees up don't have eleven dogs.
No applause followed. Nor did a tree.
I transplanted a white pine years ago into the front yard.
Looks just fine. And looks just fine not decorated.

He stopped and bent down fishing around in the grass to pull up a string of lights and tossed
whipped them up onto the shrubs aside the house. Almost like he'd done it before....L.o.l..

LOL! Most guys are grinches. At least the ones I know.
Mr WD came in to see what my plans were. If I was getting all the decorations out? If he needed to help me?
I burst out into hysterical laughing.
First “you know I am going to get all the decorations out.”
Second “Since when do you ever help me decorate?!”
He did suggest only putting up the one little tree instead of the 9’ one. I may take him up on that this year. It will only be us. Besides I am on day 2 of decorations and that big tree is another 2 day job.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year.

Slush changed to wet snow a couple hours ago.
It snowed a while last night , but morning rain turned it to slush.
We're on the freezing line.
Was 33 degrees F. earlier.
It will wobble around probably.
The less the better in my shovel handed opinion...

Well we had the big Birthday celebration for the mrs on the small this year. Went to a farm, did the walk around said hello to the lovely animals that have such a great life there.
I got a kick out Billy, he's getting to be one very impressive-Billy. Lol
Got a home and the boys (Roosters were up to no good in the barn) Mouse spooked them

Well 1:00 am was way too late for this guy, felt hung over, effects of low pressure system, too much food, laughter, lack of zzzzzz.
Anyways it all was worth it-can never replace a good memory.
