I managed a real quick hunt before the sunset. First thing I found was the best thing and it’s not a big whoop de do . I am happy with myself because I was able to figure out what I found. It’s a cattle tag. A big 3” X 2” oval. It’s not brass. I think it’s steel with some kind of plating.
 

So answer me this:

I'm driving along a straight stretch of road at night, and I see an oncoming car in the opposite lane, driving normally, at a normal speed and course. I pass him, and no more than two seconds later, a man just "appears" right in the middle of the road, standing on the double yellow line with his back to me. He isn't moving, didn't even flinch when I all but slammed on the brakes, trying not to hit him. My mother never saw him at all, and as soon as I looked for him again, he was gone. He was wearing a brown hat, had long brown hair and was wearing a heavy brown leather jacket and blue jeans. Like I said, didn't move, flinch, nothing!

For him to have moved across the road in front of me to that spot would have been impossible, because my LED headlights would have lit him up immediately. Come to think of it, they should have lit him up period, because I never saw him until BAM! he's right there. He didn't cross in front of the other car either, and how my mom never saw him is beyond me.

Rusty its a good thing you have a good set of nerves. That was probably an other worldly encounter. Maybe you can find out who died in the area that fits that description.

I couldn't cover all the posts since my last appearance on deck. I had trouble getting on here this morning the fire tablet told me the page was too big & wouldn't bring up the key board so I could log in. So I skipped to the here & now. So I will go back to now & later, later. :icon_scratch::laughing7: you know what I mean.:laughing7:
 

I may go back to sleep and sed if the fire tablet feels better in the morning.
