Autobahn is two lane ?

A few years ago I watched a documentary on the building of the Autobahn and it was most interesting.
The U.S. needs something like that here
Especially if you are going to have "production" cars capable of hitting 300 mph.

Ok, I rewatched it, the first 1:15 he was on a two lane and then the video cuts to the Autobahn.

Getting gas a few days ago . Had a Couple of (what looked & sounded to be) guys up to no good hanging around the Cobra. So I opened up the trunk to get a rag and when they saw this ....well they departed w/o saying goodby

Man drives across U.S. in under 29 hours – The team poses at the Portofino Hotel and Marina, in Redondo Beach, California, after shattering the record.
28 hours, 50 minutes and about 30 seconds.

Came on board T Net this morning and theresva notification, little bell with a number. Clicked on it and evidently i've been responding to multiple persons in various foriegn languages...from Feb to March....ummm, i don't remember ever having done that, or any of the threads it said i responded to!

.....pass the rum, the day is off to a flying start...with out me!

Since I have a permit, I carry mine next to me between the seat and the door. There are times when you REALLY are concerned about getting out of your car to fill it up or get a soft drink. That sign is a nice touch, but I have no trunk so I have to improvise.
