Good morning, Antiquarian.[emoji4]

Good morning.

T-minus three days until opening day for Deer. :)

Morning WD & Rusty.

Heading into Toronto with my daughter today, we're taking my Mom out for lunch... which is always interesting. :tongue3:

At 86, my mother now has no filter when it comes to voicing her opinions about me, my wife and our 17 year old daughter.
My only hope is that I remember to bite my tongue and that my daughter doesn't become the target of her criticisms.

A lot of this stems from a few years ago when my mother told me, "that our daughter needed more discipline."
Our daughter is smart, makes good decisions and has a great sense of humor (a lot like her Dad :laughing7:) I think she's turned out just fine.

Hot & humid weather here with a chance of thunder storms in the afternoon... all I can say is, this should be an interesting day. :icon_scratch:

PS. I took this pic last August in Santa Cruz.

Deer Hunting in Ontario
Mid-September generally marks the open season for small game and waterfowl hunting, as well as moose and deer.
The season lasts to mid-December.
Bear hunting is in the fall season.

I found this interesting… use Kool-Aid for attracting deer.
Dump a bag of water softener salt on the ground and mix it up with the dirt and then sprinkle a cup or so of the Kool-Aid on top of it.
The deer find it within hours and keep coming back for the salt.

We feed them corn for about half a year (allowed by law), and put a quarter cap full of kool-aid onto a salt/mineral block. Works good!

Morning RR.

Good morning, Bill. Rain suit needed for my walk today. [emoji4]

Nice.

Morning WHADIFIND and GB

I’ve been doing dishes for darn near every day since I was 12. Hate it , even with a machine! When hubby goes away, I don’t do crap until the day he is coming home. Most times I don’t even eat.

One plate, one cup,one knife, one fork, one spoon, that is how you keep dish washing down,or you could use paper plates.I NEVER use the dishwasher either.
