Test for overloading with a GTI 1500

Overloads, come in all sizes.

I usually don't dig them if I am coin shooting. If I am hunting relics I expect to possibly find some larger metal so I do dig them unless I can tell they are the size of a Buick LeSabre. So, it's not a do or not do question. I did dig a shallow overload once and found a dollar sized oil company token. I am more prone to dig it if it is shallow, but on my 2500 most overload items read out over 12" deep. Keep in mind I do not own a 1500 so there may be a difference in the operation of the two machines. Monty

I think the 2500 are basic the same I had one before I got the 1500. I don't live where I can go relics hunting so it coins for me. I think the overload thing is not a problem with the detector, so I will dig all overload that I can't size. Think Monty
