going to post autographes that were gotten in the 40s for my late mother. Grandpa worked at a Hotel and sum i just dont know who they are. It might be fun but it will be the longest post in TNET history. Hope yall can help.

I don't know what the longest post is, but I think it might be the "Beekrock Thread" on the old forum or "What's for Dinner" in the Everything Else section. However, this may be the fastest growing thread.

"Found in a Football Field" was the longest at one time until members started deleting their posts in protest.

How many post were there at the peak of the thread, and why were some of the posts deleted?

The one with the smudged ink is Carlos Ramirez. He was a famous Latin singer in the mid 40's.

Harry Mendoza (1905 - 1970) Mendoza was a professional vaudeville and club show magician for decades. He was doing magic semi-professional by the age of 12 (doing camp shows during World War I) and then full-time starting in 1923. In 1943, he was the first American magician to go to Australia with the U. S. O. Camp Shows.[4] Later traveling and performing at more USO Camp Shows in Alaska, the Aleutian Islands, England and France. He later appeared in several motion pictures as an actor and also worked as a technical director on others. Breezie

You got some killer autographs, especially the movie actors. Jack Carson was in a bunch of great movies, lots of Noir.
I'm a major old black and white movie watcher, so this post was fun.
May sound silly, and off topic, but I'm currently trying to capture any movies scenes where they show visible coinage.
