Oh! Yes!
With all of the RESEARCH that has been done on:
"The Lost Dutchman" Gold Mine, Az.
I have yet to see anything mentioned about two FACTS!
That I dug up in just a quick casual research from a couple of my sources here at the house!
The "Leads" actually point to the trail The Dutchman and his Partner took going to the mine!
But!
I haven't seen anything mentioned in the various "posts" !
So! How serious or through, are these L.D.M. Researchers to have missed the these?
"Recorded" and "Factual" "Leads!
I have even offered to take anyone to where they can "copy" this information for themslves, I didn't want anyone to take only my word(which would have been "second Hand Info") for it!
BUT! When I was in Arizona,
I had NO! Takers!
Go Figure!

First!
I have to get to Arizona and then to that particular area of the State!
Also,
I don't want to share this info with just one person at a time!
It would be close to a a full day's trip there, to see/copy it! and then back!
SO!
If there are more people intersted, I'd like to know !
I WAS! thinking about going "Public" !
But!
If no one is interested, other than yourself and can't even get up the interest or, make an effort, to go on the drive,
I really don't see why I should just "Hand over"! this information!
SO!
Let's see what happens between now and then!
It doesn't look like anyone really cares.
SO! BE IT!
I am also getting to the point of, "Why should I hand over this info FREE?", Anyway?

If you only want to spend a "day", you'll have to come out and visit me when I am at a campsite!
When I go out, I am out for a minimum of two weeks!
Doesn't pay for me to spend less time out.
You Know!
The drive time in, setup camp, looking around and then breaking down camp and the drive time back out!

Any "Researchers" out there have the COMPLETE story on Montezuma's Treasure?
I have a prospector friend in So. Ca. , who says he found it (The location) or a part of it
In a mnt range in So. Ca.
He said that it fulls a description of the location, IE: mnts, lake, etc., of this location!
He died before telling me the Exact location!
He DID! tell me the mnt range,
But! Finding a small opening (The Cave) in a mnt range!
Hay!
That's a needle in a haystack !

Mr Fish got seriously shot. He wrote a handful of paperbacks about treasure hunting and some of his exploits/finds(which, for the most part, were real). Then, for some dumb reason, he did not find it necessary to keep his home turf/wherabouts private. Someone went to his trailer-house, out in the desert and did a little 'treasure hunting' of their own......

I was a young man when it happened and have never forgotten the lesson.

As I said, 'be careful'.

how you doing Cappy,so what has been going on with this exploit & adventure, from what i've read so far it sounds awesome Capt. hoping you guys do it... but i do agree watch out for big bro out there playing cowboys & indians, if it were me my kimber 45 will be on my backside with few other suprises .. and for lawyers they're just as crooked as the rest of them... but hey what do i know i'm just a man born and raised on the streets of detroit , but highly educated .. So trust your gut instincts Capt. and be aware of your surroundings at all times Cappy with 360 vision.. And try not to get into a S.N.A.F.U or a F.U.B.A.R.. sir...stay safe and may god be with you... and watch out for them pesky ass vipers... Gentlemen make sure this man gets his sitreps so hes in/out of an area..capische would love to be out there myself with you Cappy, since i'm retired with Multiple Sclerosis, i just want to hit it big and disappear and offially retire... not what i get from ssda.. well good luck..jeff

Me'n "Bugs" are back home on the range....

We'll be here for a while ...
That last trip out west was a real "Trip from He _ _ ! "
Think we'll rest up some and
Anyway,
Been thinking about doing some U/W Salvage
And!
Hitting the islands ... for some of that Pirate & Spanish Treasure!
Had a Professional TH'er once ask me...
"Why in the heck are you traveling way out west, when you're sitting on some of the best TH'ing Areas in the country"!
Well!
I'm going to get my boat, diving and salvage gear, back into shape and I'll see if he knows (Knew! ) what he was " 'a speaking" about !
I'll guess that it won't hurt to check out that "U" Boat either!
Anyone, interested ?

let's get-r-done, been a boater here in michigan for 12yrs. Cappy.. And are we talking about the u-boats that were coming from the caribbean into the gulf during WWII, i never heard of one being lost in the gulf side, i know of the ones on the atlantic.. but hey i love my WWII history got a name or a u- boat no# and you've ever gave a thought about great lakes wreaks ? my email is [email protected]>> Cappy hit me up , I always wanted to learn how to dive, but me and Jaws wouldn't get along...lol... and any chance ever hear any stories about Jekyl Island off the georgia coast & Black Beard using it as a stomping ground or a layover? If you are comfortable in and under the water, and, can breathe and paddle with your feet, you can learn SCUBA Diving!
As Far as "U Boats" in the Gulf area/shores, there were lots of them!
This one was scuttled by the crew at the end of the war !
As far as I know, they, "The Crew", may be living here in Texas to this day!
As far as Sharks go, underwater, in normal conditions, they are pretty docile !

I took a few samples from there, which I have yet to mail in for an assay!
I, Need to do that tomorrow, Monday!
If they "prove out", I'll be heading back out there!
But!
Right now,
I am now in a search for a small, $40-50 K stash.....down here
I hope to get it down to the "Dig Here!" stage in a few weeks!
I'm Having a hard time pinning down the exact location!
Every one knows ( TH'ers) about it, the approximate location/story
BUT!
No One knows exactly where it is!
I think it's down river from where I live,
Another TH'er thinks it may be UP River from here!
AND!
Then! Too!
I am either going to fix up my boat, a 20'er !
Or!
To buy another , But! Larger boat!
I'd like something around 25-30' long, with a large deck area for salvage diving/work!
Made a trip down the Florida to see one, sounded real good, but! that boat, a 28'er, was in worse shape than mine!
Mine just needs some engine/outdrive work !
But!
I'd still like something a bit larger!
