AARC,
I like the way you think....lol. We were at home depot several years ago and looking at the various types of specialized cement mixes.
Lots of options...we have a carport and the foundation is supported by those hollow concrete blocks and the grouting was crumbling.
Sure enough a fellow with work clothes and dust all over himself is in the same area obviously not an employee....I ask him what he recommends for the job he points to a tub of some product or other and says use that....he says he uses that blend all the time to repair swimming pools....lol.
