Do you have the same pipes in woodstoves in Germany as North America?....I'll try to find an intact example online.

If memory serves me correctly I had posted awhile back about a house overlooking the lake that was for sale at the base of my street.

It was 2 gals that owned it and they probably paid about $1,000,000 for it. They both had well paying jobs and one of them was an interior designer and I had heard that they had spent something like $600,000 to do a complete high end renovation job.

As it turned out one of them had lost their job which explains why they put it on the market they were probably having a tough time meeting mortgage payments on 1 income.

Well they were asking $1.6MM and it didn't sell both the vehicles haven't been around for about 3 weeks so I snooped around and looked in the front window where the living room is. There was a solitary arm chair and footstool.

Odds are a bank repossession....I've done a few stupid financial moves in my younger years but nothing stupid enough to push me towards bankruptcy. And these gals are like middle age or so and should have known better....
