Hillbilly Prince,
Well I try to stick to mostly chicken and fish when it comes to meat protein, the red meats especially as we get older tend to clog up the arteries.
If you want other vegetarian options, chickpeas, dried beans, peas, lentils as well as various nuts and seeds will give you non meat protein.
That's also the advice of my doctor who's a young guy about mid 30's who's about 70% vegetarian mainly because he suffers from MS and has to be careful of what he eats as a result. A pretty special guy because he came down with it when he was in medical school and his case was so bad they did an experimental surgery on him using stem cell procedures.
I'm not a vegetarian. Love fish, seafood, pork. But good beef is so high. Elk meat is the best but not easy to get here lol I'll try those suggestions. Thanks!
I heard a doctor on the radio. With John Hopkins or another famous cancer treatment center. He developed cancer and he said he knew following the protocol would ensure death. He had followed the protocols for other cancer patients as a cancer doctor.
He had to argue with physicians and the insurance company but he won out and was able to use alternative medicines and treatments. He beat the cancer.
Protocols seem mainly to exist to protect from malpractice claims.
Another woman who treated breast cancer patients noticed she was seeing younger and younger women, as well as seeing a rise in cases.
She began to look into the issue and developed a way to cancer-proof one's self to a great extent. She recommended a Japanese mushroom extract, vitamin D, and one other vitamin. Have it wrote down somewhere.
What astounded her was when she approached organizations and medical centers involved in treating cancer, she found there was no interest in her work on prevention. They were only interested in developing treatments. More drugs.
