Haha, I have a permission close to you I have yet to hunt, it is in marrietta. Civil war action around there...( i'm not a relic hunter but you never know what's there)plus another on the north side of atlanta.

There is probably some good stuff in that area! I haven't hunted much here. most of mine were in OH.

It's buried in a closet, in a room full of stuff that we moved here from OH.

I haven't had it out but maybe once or twice in two years.

I have a highbanker too, if you ever want to go look for gold....I've never actually officially used it..I've had it about 8 years or so..

Bill, a few days ago I realized I wasn't getting protein so it was back to eggs. I take liquid vitamins and minerals. Got any ideas besides eggs?

I use to go to Pittsburgh area to an auction house. We went about once a month. I use to have to go there for work too, but never explored much of it.

Well I try to stick to mostly chicken and fish when it comes to meat protein, the red meats especially as we get older tend to clog up the arteries.

If you want other vegetarian options, chickpeas, dried beans, peas, lentils as well as various nuts and seeds will give you non meat protein.

That's also the advice of my doctor who's a young guy about mid 30's who's about 70% vegetarian mainly because he suffers from MS and has to be careful of what he eats as a result. A pretty special guy because he came down with it when he was in medical school and his case was so bad they did an experimental surgery on him using stem cell procedures.

Folks,

Our supper tonight is going to be spanokopita. We buy the phyllo pastry at the supermarket frozen much less trouble.

I'll probably put out some cucumber, black olives and a few other odds and ends to add to the main course.

I have been on a liquid diet since last night.
