there about 19 hogs on the game camera this morning at 7:00 time to go hunt them pigs2.JPG
 

IMG_1838.jpgIMG_1838.jpg well the verdict is in this silver fork was put in a lobster trap by an octopus in 160 feet off pickles reef key largo. There were also some smaller ballast stones in with it. We have a new wreck of unknown origin that defiantly had at least some silverware on it !! Wooooo hooooo !! Treasure !! Now I have to check it somehow . 160 and strong current is at the limit of my skills. Others I know can check. Got to check the hall marks for a date range. I have not laid hands on it yet but have been assured its sterling. There fishing today.

What i thought was rust is actually fire coral growing on it. This is how it starts......a silver fork and a couple ballast stones.............maybe I can train octopus to retrive silverware for me. Lol. Here you go boy......heres a treat, now go get me another pickle fork for me. Hmmmmm .......pickle fork foud at pickles reef.........hmmmm. pickle barrel wreck, pickles reef, a recovered pickle fork. Yup this is how these treasure quests always begin. They dont call it pickles reef for nothing.

On the barrel it reads s&w 357 magnum. The only number I can find is the number on the frame on the bottom of the grip which is S209618.
