Roger, the Motor Vehicle Division still should be able to fairly easily track a vehicle V.I.N... If you were on good terms with your Auto insurance agent, I would think that he too could do a vehicle V.I.N. search.

So I went looking for the spaniards treasure....I found the captain's coat hanger. Check out this old handmade beauty.
Dug this baby a foot down....heavy gauge copper !! You know where keys folk got there coat hangers from ?? Nowhere they made them from scratch. I'm gonna put this baby in the closet and use it !!
