Yep....cast iron imparts a certain flavor to the foods that is hard to replicate by other cooking methods.

You're more than welcome on the video information about the MS diet....the thing that amazes me is the knowledge of highly reducing intake of animal fats pretty much halts the advancement of the disease in 95% of cases is not widely broadcasted.

Especially considering the science to back it up goes back 50 years or so.....guess what there's more money in prescribing meds than trying to cure or improve conditions naturally.

Well... The hospital called.
They took her out of the cardiac care unit and put in a regular room!

Thank you Lord for hearing my screams!

She basically choked and it caused her to go into arrest... Or something.
