May have to look into a 4 wheel. be87ddd1164adf6e029bf98ce6de08c6.webp

Cold misty fog here this morning. I got a long road trip ahead beginning this Sunday afternoon. I checked the extended forcast and have decided I'll be heading westbound Colorado I70 all the way to Redmond, Utah were I'll zig-zag to connect to loneliest US highway 50 and go all the way to Fallon, Nevada. Looking at the fastest route of westbound I80 they show it to be cloud cover for the next 5 days and that don't melt the skim ice so well. The lonely road offers mostly sunshine all the way. Only obstacle may be Vail pass with blowing snow. Gonna be a lot of quiet time ahead for me next week.

This 4x4 IH is on Craigslist and we're the same age. I have thoughts of buying it, but I'd probably get the where you gonna put that interrogation and does it run?. Why not the back yard:dontknow: Oh No I don't want everyone looking at that in our yard :icon_scratch:

I gave up on that idea, as I could live anywhere in a vast 4 state area with my job, but I'm positive I would suffer if I went ahead with idea, so I gave it up and I'm fine with it. Maybe someday?

Huh! Greenhouse showers made from old totes. I made a shower in a shop I worked at in California. I took our propane Hotsy pressure washer with a tube boiler and thermostat control and hooked it up to a shower head and would set the feed temp to run continuous 75 degree shower. It was during those 103 plus days in Sacramento I wanted to get the sweat and grease off me before I'd jump into a 200 degree truck to go home.
