Probably could find one cheap. If I remember right there are kits to help put about any engine you want in one. You could get an old Jeep without an engine, maybe build a solid engine to throw in it and you would be in business.
Coach around here had a little old pristine Scout. And he sold it!!!
He would not sell it to anyone around here cause he said it kill him to see someone driving it. Wth.

The posted one is from the 1800s. They was also made out of cotton or linen up to the 1700s but I wonder how that have worked
