In the 50-some odd years of association with Pot, I have never seen a "harden criminal" selling, never bought any that was laced with anything I was not aware of.

I do not think I have either, but I really don't remember.

Yeah, weed is highly demonized here in the United States, especially down south. But the same ones who were raised to hate and fear it are oftentimes the same ones who don't mind drinking their beer or whiskey.

I was raised in the south but I live up north now. The attitude up here towards weed is no different than the attitude towards someone having a beer. Kind of refreshing to see, actually.

Funny how public perception is so influenced by the laws that control us.

Been smoking pot since I was 13-years-old. I love smoking a hooter and then detecting. Relaxed, focused on the headphones, and pulltabs don't bother me as much.

Kind of a double edge sword of thoughts right now.

My wife is a medical professional she grow pot and treats cancer patients and a lot of old Vietnam vets with bad ptsd. The only reason hemp/pot is illegal because of the newspaper industry/pharma cartels, and government corruption.

My state has had a democrat majority for almost 90 years and at the bottom of every list but crime and abortion. My communist governor lujan is making big bucks with legalized weed.

Virginia has made it legal to grow at home and in 2024 it will be sold in stores . some of the smoke shops in Richmond and Charlottesville had a free seed giveaway when the law changed .

Cash only business as it id still illeagl in the Feds eyes. 7 places to buy here in a town of 6600.
You can get candy bars, syrup extracts etc. By the gram as little as 2 bucks a gram. Stronger (price goes up) then any of the weed from the day, they say a bit to strong for some.

Only medical here,but recreational use is on the ballot for November, Providing it,s not taken off by some legal challenge.

The stuff my wife makes doesn't get you high. She gives smoking weed to the cancer patients so they get the munchies or to sleep. The pain cream really works when I screw up my shoulder. The veterans get gummies or tincture that relaxes them.
